I’m just about to complete my first week, so it’s early on still. I am liking it, but it’s definitely not a beginner’s workout. For someone who is out of shape or it’s been a while since they’ve worked out, it’s gonna be a tough start. Also, I wish there were a warm-up and cool down included. Finally, a couple of the moves or directions are confusing. I didn’t understand the ladder 6-1 and 1-6 instruction, so I just did those moves timed.
I’m almost finished with my second time through this 6 week program. I love it. Most of the workouts are 45 minutes or less, as a busy mom of 3 this is ideal because I can also do them at home! I’m so impressed by the changes I’ve seen in my body, my strength, and my own confidence. Thank you for this program and for providing me with a new found confidence postpartum!
I bought this workout guide almost 3 years ago and I still use it at least a few times a month to get in a great workout at home! This truly saved me during the pandemic when I moved back to NYC and only could workout in my small bedroom with a couple of dumbbell sets. When I did this fully through, I ended the 6 weeks looking so much leaner and STRONGER than when I started!! Definitely a great home workout guide or perfect if you are a beginner looking to build strength!
I LOOOVED this guide! I’ve done it twice and I couldn’t believe how much stronger I was the second time around. I think it is so cool how you can do this guide in your house with hardly any space needed! I did it in my front entryway with about 8 ft x 5 ft of space! The guide is super easy to follow and there are tons of live and on demand videos to follow along with making it so much easier to stay motivated. The challenge format helps with accountability as well because you want to get to the last workout and complete the whole thing once you start!
I highly recommend for any skill level. Rachael gives lots of modification options if you are a beginner and you can go at your own pace or use lighter (or no weights)! Good luck! YOU GOT THIS!
I have done this guide over and over! I find it easy to fit in my day (especially with the workouts labeled "under 30mins" on my extra busy days). The guide takes the thought out of working out, and makes it easier to get a good workout in after a long day. I LOVE all the recorded lives of the workouts which can take even more thought out of it! (not to mention Rachael and Bridger's commentary makes me lol sometimes) Some days I do it at the gym and sometimes I do it at home! Every time I complete the guide I feel myself getting stronger and stronger, yet always room to challenge myself more! Thank you for making such an fun and effective workout guide, I love it!
