I absolutely love these workouts! They are very well rounded and I love the options to do them with the recorded lives and also jump on the lives when I can! I have gotten so much stronger and Rachael is very motivating and encouraging!
Also over that the workouts are all laid out and can be done without any internet. I will be relying heavily on that as we travel next year!
