I bought this bundle to help expand my home workouts after doing Runner's World strength videos a million times. Love that these workouts were accessible in my living room with minimal equipment. Then I was able to do all the workouts in a gym and loved that I could post up in the weight room and feel like I "knew what I was doing" with my guide on my phone. Plot twist: got through weeks 1-3 and found out I was pregnant. Slowly continued through the guide (repeat, slowly - first tri nausea knocked me down to ~2 sessions/week). I was able to modify all the moves through my second trimester and finish the guide (I know this is not possible for everyone!). My favorite part is the balance between "simple" movements that require effort, and strength that's built by putting in the weekly work (even if it's as slow as my progression was). Really love having this guide for direction, motivation to keep myself strong, and look forward to starting at week 1 again soon!

I have really benefitted mentally and physically from using Rachael's at home guide. I used to push myself in the gym or in workout classes hard, thinking I needed to get at least an hour of intense training or cardio in to feel good and see the results I wanted. Thank goodness for Rachael and Goodsweat. I cancelled my gym membership during the first year of the pandemic and have no desire to step foot in a gym again, I would be lost without these workouts! I have tried so many different at home workout routines and I’ve never been able to stick with anything or I never felt like I was getting the same workout I was able to get in a gym, I no longer feel like that thanks to goodsweat, I am a loyal follower and will continue to purchase more workouts as they come out.
