LOVE 2.0!

I’ve repeating Good Sweat At-Home for a while now and don’t know why I didn’t pull the trigger on 2.0. I absolutely love it. It even has on-demand videos for you to follow along with for the entire workout. Feeling stronger everyday!


Found Rachael at the very start of the pandemic and have been doing her workouts ever since—But I never pulled the trigger on any of her guides until recently (probably an underlying fear of commitment because I’ve never followed through with workout programs in the past). I’ve seen results over the last 4 years but really wanted to challenge myself to follow-through with one of her programs leading up to my wedding this fall. Don’t have access to a gym currently so 2.0 at home it was! Still have a few more weeks to go but I’ve never felt stronger or more confident with these workouts. This guide truly proves that progress can be made with weights, bands and 5 ft of space without stepping foot in the gym!! Forever grateful for Rachael and the good sweat fam.

Best workout program for home mamas!!

I have been OBSESSED with Rachael’s programs and lifestyle (recipes , nutrition and exercise regimen ) since the 2020 Covid days. I used this program to get me in the best shape for my wedding and then I became pregnant and as a post partum mama used this program to get back into the best shape! I started this one in December and it’s now March and I’ve been rotating between overtime and most recently 2.0!! As a new toddler mom this program is perfect. It’s strength, cardio, core, short and effective workouts that are doable with minimal equipment and space! Absolutely love it!!!
