I've never bought a workout guide in my life, and thought I would try Rachael's Good Sweat 2.0. Honestly, it has helped me so much to just exercise for 30 min a day with lots of different modifications to make it work for literally anyone. It has made me feel so good and I got my sister to do it with me to make it more fun. 30 min in my entire day of working out has dramatically improved my mental health and I'm so grateful to follow
this. Thank you for creating a workout that has videos for every exercise ensuring we are doing everything with the right forms and thank you for creating a program that's affordable and easy to do at home :'). We love it all!

Love doing Rachael's workouts the last 2 years, and the guides are amazing at making a plan for you to stick to -- and they are great to keep coming back to and push even harder the next time! My legs, arms and core have never been stronger. HIGHLY recommend!!!
