The best workout guides!

I just finished the 2.0 guide after doing the 1.0 guide through almost 4 times last year! I loved the small changes in exercises and some formatting for it to feel different from the first guide, and I really can’t pick a favorite now that I’ve done both. I know I can go back and forth between both guides and still get a really good workout every time - they are always challenging but efficient! I've never had toned arms and these guides have helped me get so toned and build so much strength. I tell everyone to do them because I have truly never felt so strong and lean before! I’m obsessed with the format Rachael has put together and will continue doing her strength workouts indefinitely!

The best !!!!!

I’ve been doing RGE workouts since covid instagram live workouts. Last year I did strength 1.0 3x last year and I started this year with another round of that. When 2.0 came out I was PUMPED to continue right into it. This 8 week guide was a step up from the first strength guide in the best way!! Loved not having 2 leg days every week 😅 And the cardio days were so manageable. From week to week it got easier and I felt stronger. I am about to finish week 8 and I just squatted my heaviest ever (20lb over my body weight). I see my reflection in the mirror and I see strength. I love RGE for encouraging food as fuel throughout all of the hard work!! PS thank you for training me for my wedding via your first strength guide! Will always be a groupie 🥰🤍

Could not recommend this guide enough! I did the at home guide and the first guide 3 times before this and when 2.0 came out I was so excited! I just finished it all the way through and it is awesome! Not only a guide to make you feel strong but to feel good and confident!!!

Changed. My. Life!

I’ve been following Rachael’s recipes/fitness guides since 2020. Saw AMAZING results and cannot even begin to describe how much more I’ve experienced with the 1st strength guide & then Level Up…

I am a flight attendant and I spend most of my time going JFK-LAX, Europe, Africa, South America, etc. I have found both strength guides easy to follow in the midst of all that constant traveling & schedule changes bring (hotel gyms, time changes, etc.).

I concluded the second strength guide while I was in the Bahamas and i felt super sentimental about it. They have been all over the world with me (literally!!). These programs and this way of eating really changed my outlook on wholistic health and how to make it work when I could come up with a million excuses. Not to mention it has drastically changed my body! I cannot believe how much muscle definition I have gained! I admire what my body does for me daily so much more now. Rachael is WONDERFUL and a wealth of knowledge. I treasure her content. If you are reading this review, BUY THIS! Do not hesitate!! It is a worthy investment of your time

Obsessed is an understatement

I’ve gone through every guide Rachael has put out and they just keep getting better!!! I will rave about them to absolutely anyone who will listen. I have never been so confident in myself and in the gym and I owe it all specifically to the strength guides. Starting level up for the 2nd time today and am just so excited to see the continued progress, strength and confidence I gain in doing these guides. Can’t thank you enough Rachael!!!!!
