I thought the guide was great in teaching me about hidden sugars, how to prepare for success, and the benefits of detoxing from sugar. I thought the recipes themselves were mediocre. I also thought the Facebook group would be more interactive and motivating . Overall, would still recommend this guide for beginners!

Amazing guide!!

This guide is amazing!’ It break doesn’t all sneaky sugars to be on the look out for! It helps you plan out meals for the week! Just completed my 6th detox I feel much more energized and overall better! I will alway resort back to this guide for yummy snack ideas to have when I have sugar cravings!

7 days complete and I feel amazing!

It’s always amazing to see how much better I feel after just 7 days of doing this detox! Improved sleep, higher energy, no mid-day slumps, and my personal favorite… better performance in the gym! It’s cool to see the direct relationship between my training and eliminating added sugar in my diet. I was lifting heavier AND running faster! A tip I learned from Rachael during the last 7 days was to have healthy snacks ready and available. She has the best recipes and they are so easy to make! I made the roasted trail mix and the freezer fudge and they were both so yummy! Thanks for pushing me to do the detox with you this week Rachael! :)
