Although the guide is well written, I was expecting more guidance into how to prepare for it and what to do after. The recipes are only for like 3 days and the guidance into how to eat out was not very helpful for me
I felt like I was doing a pretty good job of watching my sugar intake. I’m on Day 6 of the No Added Sugar Detox today and feel more clear headed and energetic than I have in quite a while. I’m going to revisit this menu and guideline every 2-3 months moving forward….if you are on the fence about purchasing—it is worth every penny. Be sure to join the Facebook Group, try it with a friend or family member for support to stay on track, and definitely take the time to prepare. You got this!
This is a great book for so many reasons and I have used it for multiple purposes. First it is a great way to learn about hidden sugars in foods and how to read labels and make good choices. It is also good for any kind of a jumpstart to a healthier lifestyle, curbs your sweet tooth and just gets you feeling confident and motivated to make better choices. Also, the recipes by themselves are great to use on the daily. I use the shake recipes several times a week for easy meal replacements at work or for post workout. I highly recommend!
I absolutely love this detox guide. It was so helpful having everything laid out with the grocery list, recipes, and tips! Doing it the first time through was challenging, but it was completely worth it! I honestly felt so good doing this detox, and can’t wait to do it again! Even after the 7 days, it made me more aware of what foods I was buying and taking an honest look at the ingredients. The recipes in this guide are delicious and not overly complicated! Highly recommend.
It’s amazing how much better (mentally and physically) and less bloated I felt after trying these recipes out! Rachael has set us up for success, with not only great recipes, but with helpful text to educate us on why it’s important to read labels and eat well. I regularly rotate several of these recipes, especially the Nourish Bowl and Turkey Burgers. The recipes are easy to manage and they taste great! You won’t need to hit up any specialty food stores for these recipes, and you probably already have a lot of these core items in your fridge and pantry. Highly recommend!
