Highly recommend for Menopause ladies

When I was perimenopause, I purchased Racheal’s first guide and did her no sugar added detox when she did it herself. It was awesome! I stopped having hot flashes, crazy cravings, face acne and my mood was better overall. After the detox I was more mindful of sugar in my regular diet. Reduced sugar intake significantly and replaced any sweetness with dates, honey or maple syrup in baking. All her recipes are easy, delicious and inspiring. 😋😋Everything tasted better after the detox. Fast forward 5 years in full menopause and I still do the no sugar added detox 2-3 times a year (after holidays or vacation) when I start feeling blah again.
