I can do a handstand now!

This thing works! Never pictured myself doing handstands at the gym, but it happened and got better over the guide. It’s doable, and it will crush you :)

Feeling confident in the gym—best feeling ever!!!!

Just started Round 2 of this strength guide & I’m so excited to see how much stronger I feel compared to Round 1! The workouts are straight forward, concise and challenging (in the best way!). My biggest accomplishment is that I’m confident using setting up/using a barbell, which was one of my goals when going through each week of the program. If you’re ready to surprise yourself and find a new level of physical and mental strength, please give this program a try—you won’t regret it!!!!

Strong and Confident (and almost 40)

I was in SUCH a fitness rut… I also got some uncharacteristically alarming bloodwork results and knew with the big 4-0 approaching soon I needed to find something to turn things around.

The 1.0 guide was incredible— I suddenly got up all 5 days/week at 5am to fit my workouts in before work. I gained confidence in the gym and loved the predictability of the schedule with the attainability of every work out. You are dying in the gym for hours— especially if you follow Rachael’s advice and preview the workout, you get in and out and can move on with your day.

I modified many of the plyometric jumps to accommodate for my bad knees, but otherwise I loved EVERY aspect of this guide. I have never been so laser focused and dedicated to my fitness. While I didn’t experience the leaning out I was hoping for, I am definitely going to repeat the guide and pay even more attention to my protein intake to hopefully keep building my strength.

Thank you for designing such a fabulous program!
